Customer Experience
Meaningful and engaging customer experience through digital signage does not happen by itself.
Most of our competitors sell you the product and walk away.
"Manage all the content on your own" sounds good in theory,
but from our experience, it will fail in the first year of ownership.
Without good content, digital signage will not deliver!
Our goal is for customers to receive the best return on their digital signage investment!
#1 - Easy to update content
- Our custom 'Set it & Forget it' tools are designed to be configured once and then manage themselves, populating product information and details automatically.
- Menu Board - Change menu items and pricing on the fly.
- Media Library - Upload videos from your computer or other sources, or choose from our media library, pre-populated with videos and other content.
#2 - Scheduled updates & assistance from CBS
- Forget about update schedules, we manage it for you.
We communicate with you each time we deploy updates. - Our team has a scheduled content calendar, we always keep your screens looking fresh.
- Need content for a special event or promo, but no time to put something together? Let us know and we can help coordinate, curate and deploy media.

Customer Communication
An important aspect of providing a great customer experience is to make sure the customer is heard.
Call Box
This button is activated by a customer when they need assistance. The system then pages a staff member to alert them that they are needed.
Paging can be done over PA or walkie-talkie radio.
This is a must-have in all large retail environments. It will literally pay for itself in direct savings in about 1 year.
PA System
A Public Address System is the most effective way to communicate to every member of staff and customer in your store. If there is a special sale, a safety hazard, or the store is closing soon, everyone can be informed immediately.
Paging
In order to minimize noise pollution and deliver a crisp, clear sound, CBS pays careful attention to:
- Speaker quality
- Speaker placement
- Zone separation
